We want to assure you that we can be depended upon to honor your confidentiality, and that you will respect ours. After reviewing your needs, we will determine if the rolling process is appropriate for your business. However, before we accept a purchase order we will sign a mutual confidentiality agreement that protects both Companies.
- What we expect from development.
We now use this new technology, everything we learned in the four years of development, and we have never had a failure. However we are very cautious in accepting work that may cause us to have a failure. Many conditions must be considered, and all conditions must be met before we roll the first part. If all conditions are met, we expect to be successful rolling the very first part. We try to consider every chance to produce a near perfect part the first time we roll. There may be cosmetic changes required, but these are expected and not detrimental to the success of rolling the part to the blueprint. |
- Information needed from your Company.
We will never knowingly accept development of a part where there is the possibility of a failure, unless it is your desire to pursue in that manner. Because we are careful to consider each event prior to our acceptance of a purchase order, we will need information from your Company. That information will help us to make an expedient decision in the needed chain of events. Those are the events that make this process successful and will be discussed in detail when you contact us.
After we have discussed this information with your personnel, we will review possible potential problems. We will make recommendations necessary for success, and if our recommendations are acceptable, we will then request a purchase order. It is important to note that we do not charge for reviewing an item. Our charges start when a purchase order is issued. We never ask for a P.O. unless we are 85% sure that we will be successful. While we have never had a failure, since developing this process, we must take that possibility into considerstion. We look forward to helping you increase your production, reducing your material costs, through form rolling. |
