Belform Consulting Inc. specializing in teaching successful form rolling technology, for companies now producing parts on an automatic lathe at 10-15 PPM. With this new process it is possible to manufacture the same part at 100's of PPM.
Belform has developed a successful form-rolling process, a nondestructive manufacture, that can dramatically increase your in house production and reduce your production costs.
Types of Companies that can benefit; manufacturer's of anchor bolts, anchor screws, bicycle petal shafts, caster stems, clamp screws, cold headed parts, fasteners with grooves, hinge pins, heating element pins, masonry anchors, pins adjustable, pins clevis, pins with grooves, pins hinge, pins rolled, pins special, pins steel, screw machine parts, special fasteners, etc..
These companies may now be using thread rollers, metal turning, automatic metalworking lathes, automatic screw machines, and are interested in changing to a successful way of Form Rolling, Groove Rolling, Profile Rolling. |

Belform has developed a successful process for form rolling that can dramatically increase your in house production and reduce your production costs.
Since the early 1960s, companies have tried to roll grooves, with only moderate success, until now. We know of no one who is rolling parts with our quality without our technology. |

Our process of Form Rolling produces parts at hundreds of parts per minute, without removing any metal, unless there is a need to trim the part.
This process replaces Automatic Metalworking Lathes, Automatic Screw Machines, and various metal turning methods producing metal parts at 10 to 20 ppm.
The rolling process does not leave any unwanted marks (other than pressure marks) and you will find difficulty in determining how the part was made. However, if threads and knurls are required for the function of the part, they can usually be rolled in the same die. |
